Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine Hosted by Center for Spiritual Well-Being

An eight week course in Mindfulness Meditation to
• relieve pain
• reduce stress
• enhance wellness

Dates and Time: Wednesday Evenings
April 27 – June 15
6:30 pm- 9:00 pm
Plus Full day class on a Sunday, TBA

Mindfulness is a meditative process that quiets the mind and releases physical distress. Through mindfulness you can experience greater vitality and well-being in the present moment.
Participants are asked to make a strong commitment to attend all sessions, and to practice meditation/relaxation techniques on a daily basis throughout the eight week program. For more information visit our website at www.jefferson.edu/mindfulness.

Course fee is $525. (Discount of $100 for Beth Sholom members) Full –time students half price. Limited financial assistance is available and payment arrangements can be discussed on an individual basis.

Continuing Education Credit Hours (20) available through NASW for social workers, family therapists and professional counselors. Please see website for details.
